It’s free to publish your place and use our platform once your account is verified. You can add many photos to your listing, and describe all the details of your property. We can also arrange a photography session at no cost to show off your property.

Financially committed tenants

Tenants have to make a payment of first month’s rent once they book your property. We hold this deposit and later transfer it to you so you can feel confident about accepting a tenant through our platform.

Sign up

Sign up via Facebook, Gmail or personal email address and fill out the information of your profile. It is important that you add your telephone number and email address as we will be contacting you.

 Detail your place

Add a “New Property” and complete the description, the amenities, and all the information given. Don’t forget to upload high quality photos, but if you don’t have them, we will arrange a free photography session once your account is verified.

Get verified and approved

We thoroughly check the information of your listing and then contact you to schedule a visit so we can verify your place. If your place is approved, your listing will be visible to thousands of potential tenants.

Respond to potential Tenants

You will start receiving inquiries from potential tenants. Respond to the questions and get to know each other.

Go to your Inbox

Keep an eye in your inbox!  Respond to any inquiries potential tenants have, such as availability, number of roommates or additional costs. Inform tenants about the housing rules, agree on the terms of renting your property and let them know if they will be a good fit for your property.

Tips to get tenants

Respond fast to their questions with detailed information, make sure to add a brief description about yourself in your profile, and be a good host, because tenants will have the option to rate their stay. Follow these tips and tenants will be more likely to choose your roof.

Find the Nomad for your Roof

When you feel a prospective tenant is the perfect fit for your property, you just need to accept the booking request.

Booking Process

When a prospective tenant likes your property, he/she will send you a booking request that you can find in “My Bookings” at your Dashboard. You will have 48 hours to accept or deny this request. If you accept it, an invoice for first month’s rent gets generated. Send the invoice so tenant can make the payment.

Successful Booking

Once the prospective tenant makes the payment, you can feel confident that the booking process was successful. We will hold this payment of first month’s rent and transfer it to you once tenant has move in to your place. We will also send you the contact information and email of Tenant so you can coordinate other arrangements.

Receive your Payment

You only have to wait for your tenant to moves in, and then the money will be transferred safely to you.

Transferring Payment to You

Tenant has 24 hours to report if the property is not as it was described and communicated through Nomadroof. If there are no complaints, we will proceed with the transfer of the first month’s rent. Payments are made via Bank Account, Paypal or Bank Teller pick up.

Security Deposit and Monthly Rent

We do not handle security deposits, neither the remaining monthly payments of rent. You should agree with tenant separately on these matters among other payment terms such as the remaining payments, the currency, etc. Be clear so there is no confusion.
